Some students prefer a one-to-one session in addition to a group class, or on its own. Private yoga allows clients to feel completely at ease and comfortable. During a private session, I work to cater classes to individual goals and needs. This differs from a traditional group class in that I work to design your session especially to your body type and preferences. Clients are led to find their intention within the heart center, this increases the holistic benefits of a yoga practice. I allow clients to gradually open to their practice so that in time, they come to find a place of stillness on and off their mat. If you have any injuries or bodily concerns, I also work to cater the session to assist in therapeutic goals.
